Choosing a care home is really a question of trust. Here is how we are run, who is accountable, and how standards are maintained, so you can judge for yourself.

Long-term ownership.
Our homes are privately owned and family-run, not backed by private equity and not for sale.
That matters because it shapes decisions for the long term. We invest in our homes and our teams, and we answer to the families we serve rather than to outside investors looking for a short-term return.

Clear accountability.
Each home has its own registered manager, and decisions about day-to-day care are made by people who know residents and families personally.
If something needs attention, it is clear who is responsible for it. We would rather stay small enough to keep it that way than grow in a way that blurs accountability.

Standards you can check.
Both of our homes are registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator for care in England. We publish what those inspections find rather than only the parts that suit us.
